    Leaders will journey across the globe to witness firsthand how local communities thrive and demonstrate resilience in the face of crises, each with their unique resources and norms. ImpactX is about delving into the stories, traditions, and historical developments across the globe.

    Centering around a structured flow of ideas and cultural wisdom, ImpactX is a platform where leaders engage with different knowledge systems and cultural practices. This exchange is more than academic; it’s a living dialogue that celebrates diversity.

Program

Leaders will engage in a continuum of programs that challenge them to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios, where they will witness how diverse disciplines merge and interact. Alongside like-minded professionals, leaders will learn to ask better questions, cultivate holistic perspectives, and to engage in multi stakeholder dialogues.

Our program operates in annual cycles, consisting of four distinct stages that complement each other.
 This structure ensures that rich discussions translate into tangible solutions. 

Winter

Seminars Set the Agenda

Each year commences with ImpactX hosting a seminar that brings together experts and professionals from across the globe. The focus of these seminars is on innovative case studies pertaining to climate action and community development. As a collective, we pool our knowledge to formulate broader questions. These questions serve as a guide for us to explore and seek solutions as we progress into subsequent stages of our program.

In February 2024, we held a seminar with roundtable discussion with distinguished professionals from various backgrounds on topics such as Sustainable Resource Development and Natural Recovery. 

Spring

Workshops to
Develop the Discourse

Prior to our expedition, we aim so that all participants build a knowledge foundation to engage with key stakeholders to develop innovative yet feasible solutions. Workshops usually take place in the form of online or offline small-group meetings, where each participant is expected to promote relevant knowledge and lead lively discussions.

Expeditions are the essence of ImpactX, where diverse stakeholders meet at key destinations for the year’s agenda. Expeditions are designed so that key players across the board such as the local community, corporations, foundations, academic institutions, NGOs, and governments, can experience humanity’s most pressing issues firsthand and better define what problems will have the most impact when solved.

Execute Tangible Solutions

If expeditions are the primary activities, partnerships are the key outcomes for ImpactX. We strive to go beyond discussions. Our goal is to develop tangible solutions to our agendas and implement them through collaboration. Furthermore, we ensure that investments in future generations of leaders are sufficient to guarantee continuance of our solutions over a long-term horizon.

The executive committee is the decision-making body of ImpactX. The committee focuses on strategic planning, stakeholder management, impact advocacy, and performance monitoring to ensure that ImpactX’s program has a continuing impact on current and future leaders.

Advisory Board

The advisory board comprises thought leaders from various fields. Each member of the board brings specialized expertise in their respective domains that is critical to the implementation of ImpactX.

Secretariat

The secretariat reports to the executive committee and is in charge of operational excellence. Our secretariat's mission is to provide first-in-class assistance so that participating leaders can focus on providing innovative solutions to our principal agendas.
